January 15, 2025MIDVALLEYThank you Ally for listening to me today. I had been dealing with a horrible skin infection for two weeks before seeing her. I was very concerned and frustrated. She listened to my concerns and let me know that we were going to take care of what was going on with my body. I had asked two other Dr if we should culture my infection both of them said no. The first thing Ally said to me was lets culture it so we can make sure and get the right antibiotic. I didn't tell her my degree is in Microbiology so I knew why it was important to culture it. I was dismissed by the other Dr and the whole time they should have listened. I might not had to come to Ally if they had. I was thankful for her taking the time to explain everything to was going to happen during the visit. I have anxiety especially in Dr offices she calmed my mind. It has been only 2 days and my infection has decreased and is no longer irritated. Thank you for taking the time to fit me in your busy schedule.
