  • Gretchen Oakley, MD, specializes in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery. Her research interests include cerebrospinal fluid leak diagnosis and management, genetic, biologic, and environmental factors in chronic sinusitis, and treatment outcomes of chronic sinusitis. In addition, she serves as the Medical Student Director for Otolaryngology.

    Dr. Oakley received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ and her medical degree from Saint Louis ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ School of Medicine. She then completed her Otolaryngology residency at the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ of Utah, followed by an international fellowship in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery in Sydney, Australia.

    She is currently seeing patients at ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ of Utah Hospital and South Jordan ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ Center.

    Dr Oakley is a great Doctor, Dr Oakley explained what is causing my nose situation and clearly explained what all the options are for my treatment and what I can do to take care of things with the measures prescribed for me. I learned the pros and cons of all my options allowing me to make well informed and clear decisions about what is best for me now and for the future. I am very satisfied that my am receiving the best care based on the options available for me.
