So kind, seems to genuinely care

Norelle has a wonderful ¿bedside¿ manner!! She is caring, explains everything she is doing any why, and makes sure to answer all your questions, all while having a calm, laidback, and personable demeanor! She helped me few confident moving forward in my recovery period.

I truly enjoy PA Walzer as part of my health team. I will say however that during my most recent appointment with her I felt very rushed and like she did not want to be there helping me that day. Questions I had were skimmed over or met with short responses. I haven't had this issue before, it just left me feeling very impersonal and not listened to.

Norelle is a great pleasure to work with. She was very thorough in explaining how they perform the procedure and recovery. She took the time to answer my questions. Thank you.

Going into this type of appointment can be really intimidating, but I felt 100% comfortable asking questions and communicating with her about this surgery. She is willing to listen and help where needed. She is a very good people person. She is the kind of person that is easy to talk to with any issues, with out having to worry. Every time I have seen her I have had the best care. And have had better care every visit with her. Especially with transgender health care and issues that come up. And would recommend her to who needs her professional care. Especially those in the transgender community.
