Dr. Long went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and worked with me to find appointment times. She's also very kind and you can tell she cares about her patients a lot.

Dr. Long is a real sweet heart and conducts her self in a very professional manner. This appointment was down to earth. With the Eye Institute of Utah they did a lot of grand standing and things that weren't needed. They also didn't bother to tell me it how long the appointment was going to take and I had another appointment I had to get to and they kept telling me just another minute just another minute. By then it was time for me to be at my other appointment. So I had no choice but to grab my stuff and walked out. With the Moran Eye institute, everything went just the way they said it would. At Moran it was a whole world of difference and when you look at the reviews between the two. You'll see what I mean

Dr. Long is great! I felt as comfortable as possible having her take care of my cataract problems. My vision was much improved after the surgery. It had gotten to where it was starting to get scary driving at night, in rain and/or snow, which is not a good thing when you're a truck driver. Thanks, Dr. Long!

The only complaint I had is that we had to wait over an hour to see the doctor.

Friendly doctor

Dr. Long is absolutely excellent! She was wonderful to work with and really put my mind at ease about my eye issues. She's a great doctor and outlined a clear course of treatment and offered to see me again in clinic very soon to make sure everything is moving along as expected. She listened to me carefully and spent a lot of time making sure I understood everything she recommended treatment-wise. I feel so much more confident that my issues will be managed well with Dr. Long as my ophthalmologist.
