PEAK's total wellness package is an excellent way to utilize our whole team of health professionals to develop and make a comprehensive plan for living your unique healthy lifestyle.
PEAK's Wellness Coaching Package includes the following:
- Three Wellness Coach meetings
- One personal training session
- One consultation with our Registered Dietitian
*Up to $60 savings compared to prices of individual consultations
$240 for five 1 hour sessions consisting of a mix between wellness coaching, nutrition counseling, and personal training. You save $60 dollars (or one free visit).
Your first appointment will include a wellness coaching assessment. Follow-up appointments are scheduled after your first wellness coaching assessment. Sessions can take place in five weeks or can be scheduled over a 5-month time period.
