Employee Wellness: Your health, supported
The Osher Center for Integrative ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ (OCIH) partners with ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ Human Resource Management and Hospital & Clinics Human Resources to offer all ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ of Utah employees access to programs, services, and resources that support individual wellness journeys. This partnership also aims to foster the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ’s culture of wellness through the Ecosystem of ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ Campus programming.
WellU Program
WellU is the employee wellness program for ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ of Utah academic main campus and health science academic employees.
WellU aims to inspire and empower employees to thrive when they’re ready to make positive lifestyle changes by offering concierge wellness support, individualized services, and evidence-based programs.
To participate in the WellU Program during the 2025/2026 plan year, complete the WellU requirements before July 1, 2025:
- New ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ Risk Assessment (HRA) must be completed at least once between September 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, to receive the discount effective July 1, 2025
- Four WellU Wellness Activities
- Care Pathways: After completing the HRA, eligible employees can join the newly established care pathways. Here, they will collaborate with the Osher Team to develop an individualized care plan that aligns with the WellU program's qualifications and addresses the employee's specific health journey needs.
ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵy Body & ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵy Mind Tailored Care Pathways
This concierge wellness service is available for employees who qualify and choose to participate. Enrolled employees will be encouraged to undergo biometric testing through PEAK or a convenient lab of their choice.
- OCIH can assist in submitting lab orders.
- Employees enrolled in the Tailored Care Pathways will incur no cost for biometric testing if conducted through PEAK.
OCIH ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ (up to 4 at low to no cost)
After four low or no cost services, employees may continue to utilize their benefit and will pay the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ price. Employees can participate in as many services as they want at the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ price.
