Children at Risk for ROP
Dr. Leah Owen discusses the development of a new model to predict 人妻中出视频ren at risk for ROP, which could potentially help prevent ROP in the NICU. Using a multivariate analysis, Owen found that early gestational age, but not low birth weight, was the biggest predictor of severe ROP. Other strong predictors of a severe phenotype include oxygen therapy, surgery, C-section birth, and number of days on a ventilator. She discusses her findings during an interview at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology 2016.
