Huntsman Cancer Institute and 人妻中出视频 of Utah 人妻中出视频 are committed to helping those who have low incomes and limited or no insurance coverage gain access to timely, lifesaving cancer screenings. We recognize that many individuals do not receive the preventive care they need due to financial barriers. Our cancer screening voucher program is available to eligible Utah residents.

What Cancer Screenings Are Offered Through the Voucher Program?

Cancer screening vouchers are available for breast, cervical, colorectal, and lung cancers.

Do I Qualify for a Free Cancer Screening?

Utah residents who meet these criteria are eligible for a free screening voucher:

  • Meet cancer screening guidelines
  • Are uninsured or underinsured
  • Have a low income, meaning at or below 250% of the federal poverty line (FPL)

How Do I Access a Free Cancer Screening?

Cancer screening vouchers are coordinated through a central point of contact. Some cancer screenings require a visit to a primary care provider and a referral.

The Association for Utah Community 人妻中出视频 provides primary and preventive medical services to patients with or without insurance. Find a close to you. Eligible patients will be referred to and screened at Huntsman Cancer Institute or a 人妻中出视频 of Utah 人妻中出视频 community clinic.

Breast Cancer Screening

We partner with the Utah Department of 人妻中出视频 and Human 人妻中出视频 to provide clinical breast exams and mammograms to Utahns aged 40 to 64 who have low incomes and limited or no insurance coverage. .

Cervical Cancer Screening

We partner with the Utah Department of 人妻中出视频 and Human 人妻中出视频 to provide pap smear tests to Utahns aged 40 to 64 who have low incomes and limited or no insurance coverage. Screening is also available to those aged 21 to 64 who have never had a pap smear or have not had one in the last 5 years. .

Colorectal Cancer Screening

We provide colonoscopy screening after a positive (abnormal) result of an at-home stool test. Stool tests include the fecal immunochemical test (FIT), the guaiac-based fecal occult blood test (gFOBT), the fecal immunochemical-DNA test (FIT-DNA), and the Cologuard test. This is available to Utahns aged 45+ who have low incomes and limited or no insurance coverage. A provider referral is required.

Lung Cancer Screening

We provide lung cancer screening to Utahns aged 50+ who are current or former heavy smokers and who have low incomes and limited or no insurance coverage. A provider referral is required. Learn more about low-dose CT scans.

Contact Our Coordinator

Huntsman Cancer Institute is dedicated to making sure all patients helps receive the same level of care and get answers to all of their questions, no matter what language they speak. Our screening voucher coordinator is available to answer eligibility questions and navigate you through the entire process. They will contact the patient, schedule appropriate screening(s), explain the procedure and preparation, and refer to financial counselors, post screening, if needed.
